1.6 This agreement removes all previous collective agreements and all related provisions. 4.2.2.2 In a school with two associate principals, each receives 60% of the principal`s stipend. 2.1 This Collective Agreement, unless otherwise provided, will come into force on September 1, 2012 and will remain in full force and effect until August 31, 2016. The two Parties may negotiate revisions to this Agreement at any time by mutual agreement. These changes shall take effect from the date agreed by both parties. 11.1.3 Benefits during maternity leave – Female teachers are entitled to benefit coverage under section 7 of the collective agreement for the duration of the maternity leave. 1.3 The trial program takes place during the 2017/18 school year and expires on August 31, 2018, notwithstanding the fact that the collective agreement is respected by law. 4.4.1 The parties agree to refer the issue of coverage in schools when administrators are not in the school building to the Teacher Board Advisory Committee (TBAC). 6.1 FTE Definition: From 1 September 2017, part-time teachers will be appointed by RTD by the ratio between the teacher`s actual annual teaching time and the teaching period of full-time teachers in the teacher`s school. These RTDs are used to calculate the proportional part of a teacher`s time. 1.5 The implementation of this collective agreement shall not lead a teacher currently employed to receive a salary lower than the salary calculated under a previous collective agreement, unless TEBA and the association have mutually agreed.

4.6.1 Two (2) days of paid leave per school year shall be granted to superintendents, at a consensual time for the principal and superintendent or candidate. In the absence of agreement on where the dates of the principal and superintendent are consensual, the school justice pays the unused days of paid leave until the end of June of each year at 1/200 of the principal`s annual salary and allowance. 7.4.1 In light of the improvements made to the benefit plan and sickness benefits, workers covered by this collective agreement waive any right to a rebate under the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act. 3.4.3 Experience gained during a school year with a school jurisdiction may be transferred to calculate the stages of experience in the following school year with the same school jurisdiction. . . .
